To roll out the CEO’s new growth strategy, we developed a comprehensive program not just to build awareness but to then ensure that engagement lasted throughout the year. The plan included a program identity, a series of events with PowerPoint and animated presentations, posters, newsletter articles and an employee engagement game. Logos were everywhere—employees saw them throughout their day—in the cafeteria, on shirts, mugs, screen savers and more.
