When you are rated at the top of your industry, your performance becomes the benchmark for everyone else. However, if you start to compare your performance against your own past successes, you quickly become just like everyone else. Working directly with Exelon’s generating stations, we developed communications to help build strong, aligned teams with a passion for continual improvement. A handbook included a clear-eyed view of past performance and areas slated for improvement. It provided a balance of inspirational personal stories and actionable priorities. Posters and other communications tools act as a constant reminder of what it takes to be the industry’s benchmark for excellence.
