We developed an employee-directed campaign to foster diversity and inclusion thinking. This included promoting a series of diversity training sessions. Using strong visual and verbal concepts, we created posters and digital materials with the goal to announce the schedule of the sessions. And more important, to share wisdom on how diversity leads to individual and company growth.
